New Systems Consultants represent DORMA (Attached is the DORMA Aust Newsletter Jun 2007)
The appointment of new cross-divisional DORMA Systems Consultants is great news for clients. For the first time, customers can liaise through a single point of contact to access DORMA’s vast range of door control, glass fixtures and fittings, automatic doors and movable wall products.
Michael Smith, DORMA’s Regional Manager Australasia, says: ”The primary function of these people is to represent all DORMA divisions under one banner. They provide an efficient, more streamlined gateway to the full spectrum of DORMA products.”
The tasks of these four newly-created roles (located in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne) include instigating regular contact with clients - such as architectural practices, specifiers, builders and end users; providing product presentations; being actively involved in the compilation of specifications and door schedule writing; and liaising with or referring clients directly to DORMA’s divisional specialists.
“I’m pleased to confirm that we have now completed the appointment of these Systems Consultants, and three have already started,” says Michael. Each one of the new Consultants is highly-trained in all aspects of DORMA products and specification, and between them, have years of experience in the building and design industry.
